During the COVID-19 pandemic, we would appreciate our members using one of the following methods for making their credit card payments online:
1. Automatic Payments. This option is ideal for people who want to set it and forget it. To get started, please complete this enrollment form and submit it via email to LServices@ActorsFCU.com. Your payment can be taken either from your ActorsFCU account or an account held at another bank or credit union. Within a few business days, we will email you back to confirm your enrollment. Until you receive this confirmation, please continue to make your payments manually.
2. eZCard. eZCard is the online banking site for our VISA Credit Card accounts. Once you register for eZCard, you can make payments online from either your ActorsFCU account or an account held at another bank or credit union.
3. Bill Pay. This option can be used either with your ActorsFCU account or an account at another bank or credit union. Login to the online banking site or app provided by your bank or credit union, then look for an option called "Bill Pay" or similar. You will need your ActorsFCU VISA credit card number to set up the payment. Bill Pay services generally allow for automatic and recurring payments.
4. Over the Phone. Lastly, you can always make your payments over the phone by calling VISA's customer service line at 1-800-237-6211. You can use this number for general customer service inquiries as well. Don't forget to save this number in your phone for future use.
