How to Make Your Loan Payments Online

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we would appreciate our members using one of the following methods for making their loan payments online:
 

1. Automatic Payments.  This option is ideal for people who regularly keep money in their ActorsFCU savings or checking accounts.  To get started, please complete this enrollment form and submit it via email to LServices@ActorsFCU.com.  Within a few business days, we will email you back to confirm your enrollment.  Until you receive this confirmation, please continue to make your payments manually.
 

2. Internal Transfer.  If you have money in your ActorsFCU savings or checking account, you can simply transfer money from one of those accounts to your loan with our online banking site or mobile banking app.  Once you're signed in, select "transfer," select the appropriate 'to' and 'from' accounts, and enter the amount you wish to pay on your loan.
 

3. External Transfer.  This option is for people who wish to make their loan payment from an account at another bank or credit union.  Login to the online banking site or app provided by your other bank or credit union, then look for an option called "external transfers" or similar.   You will need your full ActorsFCU account number and routing number to set up the transfer.  If you do not see this option, please contact that bank or credit union directly to ask if this functionality is available.  If not, see option 4.
 

4.  Mobile Deposit.  This option is for people who wish to make their loan payment from an account at another bank or credit union.  Write yourself a check, drawn off your other bank or credit union account.  Then follow these steps to deposit the check to your ActorsFCU account using our mobile banking app.  Once the funds are available in your account, you can use the steps outlined above to 'transfer' the money to your loan.
