Payroll Protection Program

Section 1102 of the CARES Act established the Payroll Protection Program (PPP) under the guidance of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).  The Payroll Protection Program is an SBA loan that helps small businesses keep their workforce employed during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis.  Here's what business members of ActorsFCU need to know...

ActorsFCU is Not an SBA Lender
Actors Federal Credit Union is not an established SBA lender.  As such, we are unable to directly offer PPP loans to our small business members.  However, ActorsFCU is still very much committed to helping our small business members through this challenging time.  In an effort to assist our members, we are recommending NewTek for your SBA needs up to and including PPP loans. Please see the section below for our recommendation on where you can apply for a PPP loan.

If you have other financial needs, or need help accessing your ActorsFCU account, please contact us at 212.869.8926, option 6.

ActorsFCU Recommends NewTek for PPP Loans

For members in need of a PPP loan, our recommendation is for you to contact NewTek.  NewTek is an SBA lender that is actively taking applications for PPP loans.  ActorsFCU has worked with NewTek in the past, and we feel confident that they are a strong option for your PPP loan needs.
