How to Make a Credit Card Payment

There are Several Convenient Ways to Make a Payment on Your ActorsFCU-Issued Credit Card.

Pay Online

The easiest, fastest and most secure way to make a payment is by using either your online banking access or the Actors FCU mobile app.

Pay With MyCardInfo

Log in to your ActorsFCU eBranch (full website) or ActorsFCU App,
On full website select “Credit Card” from left menu or click anywhere on the credit card account tile; on the ActorsFCU App select the ‘≡’ on top left banner then select Credit Card,
Select “Payment” from top menu in the “MyCardInfo” site,
Select “Payment Account” and setup/add your external account information to be linked,
Select “Payment” from top menu in the “MyCardInfo” site again,
Select “Make Payment” and setup a one-time payment or recurring payment.

Pay With Savings/Checking Account

Log in to your ActorsFCU eBranch (full website) or ActorsFCU mobile app,
On full website, select "Transfer" from left menu or click on the new "Pay Now from CU Account" button; on the ActorsFCU App select the ‘≡’ on top left banner then select Transfer,
Select "Add Transfer",
Enter the details of your transfer/payment and submit.

Pay Billpay

PLEASE NOTE - Processing times can take up to 7 business days when credit card payments are made via Billpay. By choosing the Billpay option, you assume responsibility for any delayed or late payments. For any questions or issues related to Online Bill Payments originating from another bank or credit union, please contact that institution for support and resolution.

Log in to your ActorsFCU eBranch (full website) or ActorsFCU App,
On full website select “Pay Bills” from left menu OR on ActorsFCU App select the ‘≡’ on top left banner, then select “Pay Bills,”
Select “Add Payee,” then select “Next.”
Select “Pay a company”, then select “Next.”
Enter “Payee name (Actors Federal Credit Union), Payee account number and Payee zip code,” and select ‘Next.”
Fill in the additional information fields
- Be sure to use the following Payment Address: Actors Federal Credit Union, PO Box 37035, Boone, IA 50037-0035
Once your payee is added correctly, you can make a payment right away or schedule a future payment.
